商务邀请函的格式

>     二、报价时间及地址:

    请贵单位就以上设备在xx年9月21日下午4:00之前向我处传真报价。本报价一经我处认可，即为签订的最终依据。

    三、供应商复函须知:

    1、报价函应由贵单位加盖公章。复函报价应包含:辅助设计、技术协调会、变压器制造、备品备件、运输、协助安装和调试、检验、技术培训及售后服务、税金等费用。

    2、供应商在报价函中应就以下条款给予说明:

    （1）供货时间:xx年12月20日前，供货地点:xxxx（xxxx）；

    （2）提供设备的规格表（包括设备、备品备件等的规格性能、产地、技术参数、主要功能说明等内容）；

    （3）供货设备质量满足设计和国家及相关行业标准；

    （4）提供设备的明细报价及汇总报价；

    （5）交货期及相关售后质量及服务承诺。

    3、对本变压器提出合理化建议或意见。

    4、采购合同由成交单位与我处签订。询价函、报价函及其澄清文件均为采购合同的组成部分。

    5、对上述条款应作出响应，非响应性报价均作无用报价处理。

    四、结算方式:

    签订合同出具履约保函后支付合同价的30%作为预付款，设备到货后支付合同总价的50%作为进度款，安装调试完毕验收合格后支付合同总价的15%，剩余5%作为质量保证金，质保期一年。
