    本实习课程乃建构于学生，实习机构与学校三方面的合作关系，各方皆有其应尽之责任，义务与功能，方能达成各方预期之目标，于此签署后，若任何一方未经其他两方同意，不得擅自更改契约内容，否则本实习课程将视同无效。
